Brunch Toast

Good Morning! Alright, we have a short recipe post for you this morning!  We made these little brunch toasts and just had to share, they were delicious! Breakfast is our favorite meal of the day.

Grocery List:
French Bread sliced (We used precut slices from Walmart)
Soft spreadable cheese (We used The Brewster House Hickory Smoked)
Cooked sausage patties
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Canned greened chilies
Over easy /or sunny side up eggs seasoned with Lawry’s seasoned salt and black pepper
Hollandaise sauce (we used packet)
Parsley
Paprika

Directions: Set your oven on 350 degrees. Butter both sides of the bread. Place in oven until bottom side of bread golden brown. This takes 3-4 minutes or so. Flip the bread over so crispy side is up. Take out of oven and spread the spreadable soft cheese on crispy side of bread. Place a cooked sausage patty on the top of the soft cheese. Then place green chiles on top of the sausage patty. Place both of the shredded cheeses on and place the toast back in oven. Cook until the bottom is brown and cheese is melted.  Cook your eggs in a skillet. We did over easy today. Season eggs with Lawry’s seasoned salt and crushed black pepper. Place your cooked eggs on top of the toasts. Top with hollandaise sauce, parsley and smoked paprika. Pair with coffee, or drink of choice!
